Recognizing that land, soil, water, air, and energy are shared natural resources, we are committed to their responsible use. We understand the significance of partnering with local governments and communities to enhance our management of these resources.

Our efforts to reduce environmental impact include powering our production with green renewable energy sources that do not emit carbon emissions, improving resource efficiency, minimizing waste generation, and promoting biodiversity in operational areas.

We understand that mining territories often have ecologically sensitive surroundings and contain fragile ecosystems existing on poor sandy soils. After a deposit is exhausted, we take full responsibility for intensive rehabilitation of the mined areas including re-vegetation with similar species and re-contouring of the initial landscape.

Our progressive materials, such as rare earth minerals, play a pivotal role in enhancing sustainability and environmental performance across various industrial applications, ranging from high-end consumer electronics and energy-efficient technologies to wind power turbines and hybrid electric vehicles.

For instance, our magnetic rare earth materials are becoming increasingly indispensable in clean energy technologies, such as wind energy turbines. They also serve as critical components in batteries of electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid vehicles, making their motors and pumps more efficient and thus reducing energy consumption and air emissions. Our rare earth products also facilitate energy-saving lighting, such as LEDs, and aid in water purification systems by reducing harmful phosphorus pollution in public waters.
